2. Scope of Services
We provide printing, photography, design, and associated services.
Specific project details, pricing, and delivery schedules will be discussed and agreed upon prior to project initiation.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate specifications, content, and materials required to fulfill the service.
3. Quotations and Payment
Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
A deposit may be required to begin work on any project. Final payment is due upon completion and delivery of services.
Late payments may incur penalties, interest charges, or suspension of services.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that all content and materials provided comply with applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property rights.
Shivanand Studio & Printing Press is not liable for any legal disputes arising from client-provided materials.
Any changes to the agreed-upon specifications may result in additional charges and/or delays.
5. Production and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
We aim to deliver high-quality work; however, minor variations in color, print quality, or materials may occur and will not be considered a defect.
The Client must inspect goods/services upon receipt and report any defects within 7 days.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel a project prior to the commencement of work. A cancellation fee may apply.
Refunds are not guaranteed once production has begun or services have been delivered.
In the event of dissatisfaction, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue, including corrections or adjustments as deemed appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and prints created by Shivanand Studio & Printing Press remain the property of the Company until full payment has been made.
Upon payment, intellectual property rights may be transferred to the Client, unless otherwise agreed.
The Company reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless expressly prohibited in writing by the Client.
8. Limitation of Liability
Shivanand Studio & Printing Press will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
10. Force Majeure
We will not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the Terms regularly.
12. Governing Law
